3-hour ZOOM Workshop: HEAVENLY BODIES Panel

In this class I will show you how to make a small Stained Glass style panel in patchwork fabric. Using my method you can stitch on a frame and hang it straight in the window, or add a border and quilt it for a bag or cushion panel. Once you have mastered the technique you will be able to create your own designs.

A email-able pattern will be provided to the class leader at the end of the workshop to be forwarded to each student.

Machine sewing class - nothing fancy required, but each student needs to know the basics of their own machine (or have the instruction manual handy). In the ZOOM format, this class may not be suitable for absolute beginners to patchwork since they may require support for cutting and basic stitchery troubleshooting that is not easy to provide by remote.

A three hour class will include a 10-15 minute comfort break - chance for a cuppa and a catch up.

With the exception of break-time I will be on-line throughout the session for questions and recapping if necessary and there will be opportunities at certain points for each student to share their work.
